Roof Rack Industries announces the voluntary safety recall of Subaru SA098 and Rola RM226 Roof Racks suitable for the Subaru Impreza manufactured between the dates 2001-2007.

These Roof Racks anchor to the roof by metal brackets which may stretch or bend if items causing high wind load are carried on the vehicle. When this occurs, the Roof Racks and their load may seperate from the vehicle during travel. The affected Roof Racks were manufactured between 17/11/02 and 15/09/06.

Customers who own these Subaru or Rola branded Roof Racks should immediatley stop using them and contact RRI or Goodtime to arrange a suitable method of replacing the brackets and re-installing the Roof Racks.
