Are you Interested in Torqeedo electric motors?

We'll be putting on a demonstration on the 20th of July at 10am for you to come check them out , have a go and see what you think.

We'll be at the beach between Clontarf and Woody Point near Redcliffe. The car park is located at the intersection between Hornibrook Esplanade and Maine Road. Just turn in at the traffic lights and find a park. We'll be there! If you aren't sure you're at the right intersection, look out for the jet ski shop on the corner. If you are heading East along Hornibrooke Esp, turn right at the lights when you see the jet ski shop on the left. If you are heading West, turn left at the lights.

Goodtime are thrilled to be now selling the Torqeedo range of innovative electric motors for boats and kayaks!

The one here that is particularly special for us is the Torqeedo Ultralight 402 which is a 1hp electric motor designed especially for use on kayaks.

It can be fitted independent of a rudder, or attached to a rudder for different levels of maneouverability and attain speeds of up to 9.8km/h on a 23kg touring kayak at full throttle with a range of 30km at slower speeds!
