The Pacific Raider II double sea kayak is one of the most popular sea kayaks used throughout Australia and New Zealand for day and weekend trips.  Its length combined with a soft chined hull and generous rocker make it easy to handle and light to paddle.

Standard Features

The Pacific Raider II comes standard with retractable rudder, large rear hatch, water tight compartments, deck lines, storage lines, carry toggles and a day hatch between the two seats.

Construction

Raider kayaks are built from the lightest and strongest fibreglass, kevlar or carbon laminates available on the market.  A high quality gel coat covers the exterior of the kayak  to protect the laminate from abrasion and ultraviolet rays.  The high proportion of cloth to resin ratio of approximately 70% fibre to 30% resin yields a stronger kayak due to the fibre content.  OPacific Raider's high quality smooth interior finish on the kayak  hull and deck eliminates nasty fibreglass itch and possible abrasion on personal gear inside the boat.
